Mexican companies that hire foreign talent must be aware of the mandatory annual renewal of the Employer Registration Certificate ("Constancia") before the National Institute of Migration ("INM"). This obligation applies regardless of the registration date or the last renewal and must be completed in April, once the annual tax return for the previous fiscal year has been submitted to the Tax Administration Service ("SAT"), no later than March 31, 2025.
